Call of Duty or Battlefield? | Battle for video game shooter supremacy!

This fall, two giant military shooters are deploying - Battlefield 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

While both feature bearded dudes punching and shooting each other in the face, there's a huge debate about which game will reign supreme as the go-to game for FPS goodness.

Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare series has been a staple in military shooters since Call of Duty shot up the scene in 2003.

Battlefield, a series developed by EA/DICE, focused more on vehicular, large-scale combat. It initially launched a year before to the joys of shooter fans everywhere.

The two titles have since fought back and forth, with each title more devilishly replayable than the last (a few exceptions notwithstanding).

And thus, this season we'll see which shooter will stand atop the heap as gaming's best military shoot-em-up. Which do you think will take top honors?
